Please reach out to Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org if you feel your frame needs a replacement. In the rare case that your frame is malfunctioning or damaged, and cannot be fixed with help from our support teams, we would be happy to send out a replacement frame per our warranty.
To start the replacement process, you will be temporarily charged for your new frame to be sent out. We do not charge any additional shipping fees to send back your damaged frame or receive your replacement frame. Customer Support will provide you with a shipping label for your return. Once we receive your damaged frame back to our warehouse, you will be refunded for any fees that you were charged for your replacement. Please note, this can take up to 3-5 business days to process.
If you no longer have the original packaging to ship back your damaged frame, you can use the box and packaging that your new frame arrives in. To make sure that your frame arrives back safely to our warehouse, please use all of the provided shipping materials when you are packaging your frame.
