Artists can view the status of an artwork on their dashboard as Processing, Pending, Accepted, or Archived underneath each artwork’s thumbnail.
Accepted: the submission has been accepted and is available for the public to view and purchase on Depict’s website and mobile app. Only accepted work can be viewed and purchased on the Depict website and app. Artwork with any other status can be previewed and edited on the Artist Dashboard, and is privately available for extended casting on Chromecast or AirPlay.
Processing: indicates that a file is undergoing additional processing on our servers, often for larger files such as videos or gifs. After a submission has finished processing, it progresses to Pending status for the Depict team to begin the review process.
Pending: submission is undergoing review by the Depict team for QA to approve image quality, artwork description, edition size and pricing.
Denied: the artwork has not passed QA requirements and will need to be resubmitted.
